The Banquet of King Laurin

Gourmet evening at Ciampedì, the scenic terrace at 2,000 m surrounded by the Catinaccio-Rosengarten (UNESCO World Heritage), the mountain range that towers over the village of Vigo di Fassa. On this occasion you are invited to discover the enchanted atmosphere of the rose garden at sunset, mentioned in the famous legend of King Laurin. As in the fairy tale, the banquet will be held here and prepared with the best ingredients that can be found in our territory, accompanied by the warm hospitality of the refuge owners in the Ciampedìe area and by pleasant music entertainment. Participation price is 42,00 € and includes a typical dinner divided into different courses to taste in the five refuges in the Ciampedìe area (Baita Prà Martin, Baita Checco, Rifugio La Zondra, Rifugio Bellavista, Rifugio Ciampedìe). Every course includes a tasting of Trentino wines, offered directly by the producers. At the end of the dinner grappa will be served by the wine shop of Vigo di Fassa. Price includes a cable car return ticket (open from 7.15 p.m. to 8.45 p.m.), a stem glass with glass holder for wine tasting and a participation gift. Tickets can be bought at the cash desks of the Catinaccio cable car. As an alternative, you can enjoy a tasting of Trentino wines. In this case price includes a cable car return ticket and a stem glass with holder. Tickets (22,00€) can be bought before the beginning of the event at the cash desks of the Catinaccio cable.
