SKI AREA Col Rodella - Campitello - 4th JANUARY 2024 - 6.50 a.m.

 

Description:

The first sunbeams enlightening the Sassolungo and the Dolomites, the authentic taste of a 100% Val di Fassa breakfast, the clacking of the ski bindings, the emotion of a just beaten slope. You can experience all this and leave your mark on the "3-Tre" slope! Meeting point at 6.50 a.m. at the downstream station of the cable car "Col Rodella" in Campitello.

Program 

6:50 a.m. - Meet at the start of the Col Rodella cable car in Campitello di Fassa. Aim for the alarm clock and watch for punctuality, the cable car will make an exceptional run for you and the other participants in this fantastic experience. 

7:00 a.m. - All in the cab, we're off! As you ascend you'll be able to admire the valley, with its illuminated villages, and you'll begin to catch a glimpse of the Dolomite profiles of the peaks surrounding Campitello. And as you ascend, the enchantment is multiplied, because you are about to reach an exceptional panoramic balcony.

7:10 a.m. - Here we are: Col Rodella, whether in winter or summer, always gives great emotions... Breathe in the fresh morning air and look around: the Sassolungo, the Sella and the Marmolada, all the Dolomites come alive with the first rays of sunshine. The ski instructors of the Campitello School illustrate the peaks, tell about their characteristics and also some curiosities.

7:30 a.m. - Time to put on your skis: hook up your boots and off you go, the 3-Tre is at your disposal. Accompanying and giving valuable advice are the ski instructors. Slalom down the velvet slope, leaving your signature waggle. One-of-a-kind fun! 

7:45 a.m. - It's breakfast time: together with the owners of Baita Rodella, discover the most genuine products of Val di Fassa and Trentino. Thanks to an excellent breakfast, taste local cheeses and cold cuts, but also honey and jams, yogurt and homemade cakes, fresh milk, eggs and Trentino apples.

From 8:30 a.m. - As a good sportsman, after a wholesome breakfast, you are ready to go down the 3-Tre once again or try the other beautiful slopes of the Col Rodella - Belvedere ski area.

Prices 

Adults € 45 and children € 30 (6-12 years; free under 6), including ascent from the valley floor and use of multiple lifts opened especially for the event, support of ski instructors from the local ski school for the descent on the freshly groomed slope, and scrumptious breakfast at the lodge.
The initiative will take place with a minimum number of 20 participants.  
The event is for skiers only.
In case of strong winds, or adverse weather conditions such as to prevent the opening of the lifts or such as to compromise the safety of the participants, the initiative will be canceled with a full refund. Inability to hold the event will be notified by 4 p.m. the day before the event.
